Mutual of Omaha Sales Access for Third Party Vendors

The challenge

Mutual of Omaha wanted to enable five third-party agents to sell their Term Life product using an online direct-to-consumer platform.

Our solution

Cignium provided release management, development and testing for Mutual of Omaha’s new sites and leads. Cignium also designed and implemented a third-party lead process to allow marketing metrics to be obtained by Mutual of Omaha simply and efficiently.


Through the addition of third-party agents, Cignium helped Mutual of Omaha deliver on their lead goals on time and on budget with no defects. Later, Mutual of Omaha worked with Cignium on a secondary project that added the ability to change out the various third-party agents through a self-service platform.
