Mutual of Omaha launched a large marketing campaign that aired during Wheel of Fortune and needed a solution that would help them accept and process new leads with a quick turnaround and hard deadline.
Cignium took charge of project management and implemented a lead process that allowed key marketing metrics to be obtained by Mutual of Omaha quickly and efficiently. We also coordinated with five other systems on two platforms to better manage the workflows and integrations of multiple third parties.
Cignium helped establish a new data pass for the leads received during this marketing campaign and executed the 800-number mapping between all five systems involved. This allowed Mutual of Omaha to meet their campaign goals on time, on budget and with no errors.
